Future Search
Envisioning the Future Goal: To develop common future visions. To generate goals and action plans for the organisation and to create commitment. Participants: a representative cross-section of the organisation including all levels of the hierarchy as well as customers, vendors, sales organisations, etc. Characteristics: different interest groups get to know and understand the others’ situation better and to take responsibility.
