cama Institut für Kommunikationsentwicklung specializes in initiating and facilitating change processes involving all members of an organization or a cross-section of employees. Up to 1.000 people can be simultaneously involved in a change process. Change is therefore generated from within. cama was founded by its owner Carole Kuklinski-Maleh in 1997. The institute operates internationally. Headquarters are in Hannover. We co-operate with decision makers who are responsible for change processes in their organisations and want to involve many or even all stakeholders. cama`s team is integrated in various networks. These networks include a pool of consultants with whom cama collaborates on various projects.Carole Kuklinski-Maleh was one of the pioneers of large-group methods in the German-speaking area. Through various events and publications, she has created wide public awareness of these processes. Numerous successful change conferences as well as effective change management consulting and seminars have contributed to cama’s excellent reputation in the field of large-group management. |
